A complete 2,200m2 office refurbishment over 2 floors was carried out over 4 stages and to a tight value engineered budget. The works consist of meeting and board rooms, 2 breakout kitchen areas, creative collaboration spaces equipped with veneer and laminated joinery, Italian designed workstations and caddies and an interlinking stair between floors. Working closely with the architect and specialist contractors Graphite were able to successfully deliver the high-quality specification of the reception area, feature joinery, bespoke metal works and custom slim line polished glazing and sliding doors.
