AMP Rydalmere Metro Centre

Engaged by AMP Capital, Graphite Projects collaborated with services engineers NDY and HSE to replace mechanical services, roof sheeting, and install height safety systems at 5 tenancies located in the AMP Rydalmere Business Park. The project was undertaken in a live environment requiring Graphite Projects to install the new mechanical services while the existing mechanical services were still in operation. To prevent further disruption to the tenants, much of the heavy machinery work was carried out on the weekend and after hours.

Despite these challenges, the project was delivered within the prescribed time frame and without any cost overruns.
