Alcon Office Fitout

Graphite was engaged by Colliers, on behalf of Alcon, to execute a refurbishment of the existing office tenancy and to fit out a new 55-person Townhall space. Graphite was tasked with finalising the project design to meet both PPR and statutory compliance standards. The scope of work encompassed enhancing the acoustic performance of Alcon’s existing meeting rooms, creating a new Town Hall and breakout area, and implementing a comprehensive architectural refresh of the space.
