3 Thomas Holt Drive Level 1 External Podium

Graphite was engaged by CapitaLand under a lump sum contract to update the existing podium level with new and improved finishes and feel.

Together with DJC, Colliers, GlasgowHart and Conzept, we upgraded the existing podium level that is shared between Buildings 1,3 and 5 at 3 Thomas Holt Drive Macquarie Drive. We revitalised the site by introducing new pavers, shade sails, landscaping, and other building works to liven up the podium area.
