The demolition & fitout of 1,100 m2 of Engineering Faculty building included all new finishes throughout, mechanical services upgrades and new electrical, communications and data installation. In addition, a new casual breakout area was created which required the excavation of 60m2 of built in planter hob with a new structural infill slab.

All head contracting services under the GC21 arrangement for the University.

All client objectives as stated within the RFT were achieved, including practical completion well in advance of the expected completion date.
