About the Project

Engaged by CBRE, Graphite worked with Wool + Hay, and Aston Consulting to deliver DXC’s new flagship Sydney Office.

The premium office fitout includes a Front Of House Reception and Waiting Area, Executive Boardroom, Flexible Project Rooms, Collaborative Meeting Rooms, and Focus Areas and is supplemented by a central Staff Breakout Area that expands into designated Formal/Informal Collaborative areas. The scope included upgrades of the existing services and installation of new electrical, security, fire, mechanical, communication, and hydraulic services.
