GHD Parramatta

The refurbishment of GHD offices was carried out over three stages, the largest of which was Stage 1 on Level 2, spanning 8 weeks. The remaining two stages on Level 6 were each completed in less than 5 weeks. The timing of the delivery was critical to the success of the project, ensuring minimal disruption to GHD staff and adjoining tenants during construction. The project comprises a number of features, such as a curved reception desk and curved partitioning complete with decorative architectural finishes, meeting rooms with integration of AV equipment into architectural finishes, specialised lighting, open plan workstations and custom designed seating. With the client remaining in occupation, constant communication, collaborative work methods and coordination between trades allowed Graphite Projects to achieve each milestone.
