University of Sydney – H10 Storie Dixon

The works to the H10 Storie Dixson building were delivered in two stages in an operational teaching environment. Stage One works included the refurbishment of Level 4 with construction of five new classrooms separated by operable walls and equipped with complex AV equipment in accordance with USYD guidelines for teaching spaces. During this stage, preparatory works were completed in the Level 2 & 3 lobbies to assist with the Stage Two lift installation. This was achieved with minimal disruption to classes.

New building services consisted of integrated lighting controls, mechanical, fire and electrical systems upgrades including new boards and metering to comply with relevant codes and USYD guidelines.

State-of-the-art digital and interactive technology was installed with successful testing & commissioning resulting in a seamless handover to the end user.
